How do I know if my order has been shipped?
When your order is placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Processing for all orders will take at least 1-2 business days. Once your order has fully processed shipping confirmations including tracking numbers are emailed when orders have been shipped. You can track the status of your order directly on the USPS website by entering your tracking number. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for updates to be reflected. 
 
Phorever Phirst cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by unpredictable weather, natural disasters or general delays within the corporate USPS system. Additionally, Phorever Phirst is not responsible for any lost or stolen shipments or packages.
 
Do you ship internationally?
We provide international shipping for any APO address. Shipping cost varies depending on the number of items purchased.
 
How do I check the status of my order?
Most orders are shipped via USPS first class mail within 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships. To check the status of your order, visit www.usps.com and have your tracking number ready to enter. After tracking details are received, please allow at least 24 - 48 hours for updates to be reflected in the USPS system. 
 
What types of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You do not need a PayPal account in order to make a purchase. If you choose to use PayPal simply follow the checkout steps on PayPal’s secure site as you would for any other web order.
 
How do I use my Phorever Phirst eGift card to purchase something?
Insert the Phorever Phirst eGiftcard code in the coupon code area at checkout.
 
Can I exchange or return an item(s)?
We here at Phorever Phirst pride ourselves on providing our customers with an amazing shopping experience. All products on this site are made to order so as a result we do not accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final, please be sure to read our sizing guide to make sure you are ordering the correct size product. Additionally, no modifications to sizing or shipping can be made once an order has been placed.
 
How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed it cannot be modified or canceled. Processing for all standard orders will take at least 3-5 business days.
 
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?

If you received a defective item due to our negligence, we'll gladly replace it, if in stock or fully refund the purchase. Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt.  Customer shall notify Seller in writing to phoreverphirst@gmail.com within 5 DAYS of Customer’s receipt of the merchandise of any claims for damages resulting from delivery or any defect in the merchandise.  Please send a photo of any damaged or incorrect item(s) received, along with a short description of the damage.
